What is never left implicit
- The client remains the CONAI member and CAC debtor and pays CONAI directly.
- The environmental-labelling audit is active but quoted manually.
- WEEE and battery work is information and manual quote only.
- No CONAI, register or marketplace outcome or timing is guaranteed.
